My art can not be used in training generative AI, and it can not be used for NFTs. If you are unsure about using it for a similar purpose please just ask.

I still have the right to post the artwork, use it for examples of my work, etc. But if you do not want it posted or used as an example let me know.

If you would like to use my art for commercial purposes, merch, etc let me know beforehand and we can discuss a one time fee that is reasonable for the scale of your platform. it will not be more than $50, and is usually around $20.

Do not claim my designs or artwork as your own, if you post it online please make it reasonably clear to viewers that the design or artwork was not created by you.

minor edits to commissions and customs are okay, and feel free to request on update on your commission. Otherwise I just send an update after the sketch and line art.

No refunds unless I haven't started the line art yet

Minor redesigns of my adopts or customs are okay. No major redesigns after the design is completed and you have paid.

If you do not follow the terms of service you will be blacklisted

I take paypal only at the moment, but for bigger commissions I may look at other payment platforms.

commissions $10 and higher will be paid for half before I start and half after I finish. All prices are in USD.
